Why am I not receiving my sign-in email link?

When signing into Dagster+ using your email address, you should receive an email with a "magic" sign-in link. Sometimes users may not receive this email due to various email delivery issues.

If you're not receiving your sign-in email link, follow these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Double-check your email address for typos when entering it on the sign-in page. Copy-paste it instead of typing it in, and try the request again.

  2. Check your email's spam/junk folder.

If you're using a Microsoft Office email system, be aware that sometimes these can silently quarantine incoming emails. An Office administrator will need to manually release the emails from quarantine.
